I made German Pancakes with the boys this morning

I originally got this recipe from Trey's wife, but I have lost the recipe so I used this one instead.

I love to cook these things because each one turns out differently.

This time I used a cast iron pan instead of a casserole dish.

Made pancakes for breakfast today

With a few hints from my wife, I decided to make pancakes with Xander today. We were all out of the box mix so we hit the net for a recipe. We used this recipe from allrecipes.com

They turned out great.
